RE: 'Pool parties: summer fun, with an eye toward safety first'

The ladder that came with my 18’x48” Intex pool killed my 15-year-old daughter. She was exiting the pool when her legs became entangled in the ladder steps. The ladder tipped against the side of the pool, trapping her. She drowned June 14, 2007.

Something must be done about these ladders. They are not attached to the pool nor do they sit flush against the pool side.
