Fabela joins Coldwell Banker Landmark Group

FALLBROOK — Chris Hasvold, managing Broker and Owner of Coldwell Banker Landmark Group, is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Fabela to his staff of real estate professionals.

Fabela has raised two grown children in Fallbrook and his youngest daughter, Summer, will be entering Fallbrook High school this fall.

Fabela joins Coldwell Banker Landmark Group with an extensive background in sales and marketing and is very “tech savvy.” He has experience in land development, groves and estate homes in Fallbrook, Bonsall, the Temecula Valley and surrounding areas. He is a Certified REO Specialist and has been Quality Service Certified.

In addition to being a full time Realtor, Fabela is also Fallbrook’s District 8 Director to the North San Diego Association of Realtors, where his seat on the board serves as Fallbrook’s eyes and ears for the Association.
