Fallbrook Spine Center focuses on quality, alternative care

At the Fallbrook Spine Center, Dean Robinson, DC, has created a peerless office that offers patients an array of multilevel care. Patients have access to Robinson, Kaleem Uddin, MD, neurologist, two acupuncturists, a nutritionist, a massage therapist and a personal trainer whose emphasis is in rehabilitation.

“These specialties enhance the care that our patients get,” says Robinson. “

have an opportunity to get their condition evaluated from many different perspectives.”

Robinson is a huge proponent of rehabilitation and claims that it sometimes can be overlooked. “We offer the rehabilitative programs in addition to the chiropractic orthopedic care and treatments,” he said.

Examples indicate that acupuncture administered at the Fallbrook Spine Center has proven to be a resounding success for patients suffering from neurological ailments, including fibromyalgia. And their nutritionists have helped patients with metabolic issues. The massage therapy at Robinson’s office has helped patients during their treatments and/or rehabilitation.

The goal at Fallbrook Spine Center is to offer patients a solid treatment strategy through alternative medical care. However, they do work with “medical people,” which makes their office very unique.

Another treatment modality this office provides is spinal decompression. “We are the only clinic in the area that I’m aware of that offers spinal decompression,” Robinson said.

Robinson opened his Fallbrook practice in 2004 but has 29 years’ experience in the chiropractic field. Though he has been in practice for quite a long time, Robinson admits that there is always something new to learn.

Robinson’s educational history is notable. Following his graduation from chiropractic school, he attended postgraduate school and became a chiropractic orthopedist. “I specialize in orthopedic conditions,” he said.

He is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California. Additionally, he has earned certifications in Disability Evaluation, Independent Medical Examination, Whiplash and Personal Training. Robinson dedicated a couple hundred hours in furthering his education in rehabilitative training.

Being a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the last 20 years has proven to be highly beneficial for Robinson’s patients. This specialized background enables Robinson to either confirm a diagnosis or rectify an incorrect previous diagnosis. “I pick [medical information] apart with a fine-tooth comb and find out what the true diagnosis is,” he explains.

During an initial patient consultation, Robinson succinctly assesses what the condition(s) may be by examining medical history and executing a thorough orthopedic and neurological examination. In order to treat a medical condition properly, one must find the accurate diagnosis, says Robinson.

The team at Fallbrook Spine Center is a cohesive unit and emphasize that they are committed to provide the best treatment(s) for the patient.

“What makes us unique is the combination of things that we are applying to patient care,” says Robinson.
