Fallbrook Senior Center planning trips to Laughlin, Palm Springs

The Fallbrook Seniors are planning a fun-filled trip to the Aquarius in Laughlin October 1-3. The cost includes an air-conditioned coach, a room for two nights, two free breakfast buffets, luggage handling, bingo with prizes, movies and jokes.

The coach will leave the center at 9 a.m. on Monday, October 1, stop for R&R at Barstow around 11 a.m. and arrive at Laughlin around 3 p.m. On Wednesday, October 3, the group will leave Laughlin at 11:30 a.m., stop at Barstow around 2:30 p.m. and arrive back home between 5 and 5:30 p.m.

Anyone over 21 is invited; membership in Senior Club not required. Sign up in the office or call (760) 728-4498 or Dee at (760) 723-7469. Seats will be assigned when payment is made. This will be the final trip to Laughlin this year, so sign up early. Forty-five people are needed for this trip. The deadline is September 20. No refunds without a replacement person for the spot.

Next, a group will journey to Palm Springs on November 20 to see the ever- popular Follies once again. Signups are being taken at the office; call (760) 728-4498 for details regarding cost and departure time. Everyone is welcome, no age limit. Membership in the Senior Club not required. There will be time for gambling and everyone is on their own for lunch. This trip fills up fast, so sign up as soon as possible.
