Al and Vicky Bartlett: a real estate team that aims to please

Husband and wife real estate team Al and Vicky Bartlett have earned an impressive real estate reputation. At their Coldwell Banker Landmark Group office in Fallbrook, awards decorate the walls.

In addition to being members of the notable President’s Club, their numerous awards include Top Selling Team, Top Producer, Top Lister, Outstanding Performance and Customer Satisfaction. The Bartlett Team has been the recipient of these awards on multiple occasions.

“We have been the Top Selling Team almost every year,” said a humble Vicky. Though proud of each and every award, she admits that winning the customer satisfaction awards are always an honor for her and her husband.

“We take a lot of pride that the customer is happy at the end of the day,” shared Vicky. Helping people find their dream homes is always a wonderful feeling for this couple.

“We also love to find homes that people never thought they could afford,” Vicky said, smiling.

The Bartletts have been full-service real estate agents in the Fallbrook area for the last 11 years. While Vicky’s specialty lies in single-family residential properties, Al’s forte seems to dwell in commercial properties and raw land. He is a fantastic agent in residential properties as well.

Their teamwork has very much enhanced and balanced their real estate business. “Al is detail-oriented,” mentioned Vicky. Her husband’s 35-year business background enables him to have a keen eye for contracts and the negotiating process.

Vicky’s background in interior design gives her an unmistakable flair for marketing photography and the graphic layout of their Web site. When a client verbally describes the kind of home he or she is looking for, Vicky is able to visualize the floor plan and swiftly grasp her client’s needs and desires.

Al, who enjoys the challenge of a real estate search and/or acquisition, especially treasures “hard to find” properties. He likes the constant ebb and flow of the industry, knowing that no real estate transaction will ever be the same.

Vicky says her favorite part of the job is finding that special home for each client. As people’s lives change, so do the priorities of their residences.

For instance, Vicky added, “some people want to move closer to their grandkids or may want a smaller home.” Be it a first-time buyer/seller or a seasoned buyer/seller, Vicky ensures her clients top-notch, personalized service.

When not at work, this husband and wife team can usually be found at their second home, located in beautiful Big Bear. They enjoy the outdoors, especially when their two sons can join them.

During the summer months, Al and Vicky can be found hiking or relaxing on their boat on Big Bear Lake. When the snowflakes start to fall, they collect their ski gear and dart for the slopes. “We have even done listings on chairlifts,” said Vicky.
