Hon. Donald L. Wilson

The Hon. Donald L. Wilson died Saturday, September 1, at his home in Fallbrook, CA, surrounded by his family.

Judge Wilson had been a Fallbrook resident since 1997. Prior to that he was a resident of Downey, CA, where he practiced law and later served as an officer of the court.

He was active in his church and a member of the Kiwanis Clubs of Fallbrook and Downey, the S.E. Bar Association, the California Judges Association, the Board of Directors of the Downey Regional Medical Center and the Knights of Columbus.

Judge Wilson is survived by his wife Susan Wilson; daughter Carolyn Fredericks; son-in-law Charles Fredericks; loving grandchildren Jeffrey and Kathryn Fredericks, Mark Kerr, Lisa Celani and her husband Chad Celani; and great-grandchildren Brooke and Brynn Celani.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 6, at 11 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 450 South Stage Coach Lane, Fallbrook.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Peter’s building fund would be appreciated.
