New art at Brandon Gallery

Throughout this month, the Brandon Gallery will showcase the beautiful western watercolors of Janice Cipriani, featured artist.

Cipriani, a Brandon Gallery member, began her education by earning a BA in fine arts from California State University, Los Angeles. She has been accepted into several “Watercolor West” shows, receiving the Victor Miceli Law Library Purchase Award and many awards in Fallbrook and Temecula.

In addition, the Etcetera Gallery will feature “A Visual Quartet.” This exhibition brings together four local artists – Carol Mansfield, Rita Miller, Kathleen Morgan and Carrie Repking – with four distinct points of view as they bring their work to life with a variety of media, including painting, collage, mixed media and printmaking.

“The Art of the Chair” will culminate September 15 with events at Village Square starting at 2 p.m. and ending with the live auction of favorite chairs at 6 p.m.
