Goforth Team top performer again

RE/MAX UNITED has reported that in the Vista/Fallbrook/Bonsall area served by three of their five offices and a large number of affiliated agents, the Goforth Team was one of the top ten producers for the second quarter of 2007.

The Goforth Team, Jim Sullivan and Lisa Cunningham, are well known Fallbrook realtors. They consider themselves “buyer’s agents” even though they have more than 20 listings. They have long been known as “realtors with a heart” through efforts helping those in need even when there was more work than opportunity for personal gain.

Sullivan and Cunningham recognize the value of Internet coverage and belong to SANDICOR, Riverside, SOCAL and LOOPNET multiple listing systems. They joined RE/MAX to gain additional national support for their listings. Formerly they were one of the few “Crown” agents under the GMAC organization in North County.

When asked about the present real estate climate, they are optimistic: “There is always a need to buy or sell a property. What most individuals need to remember is that the buyer is always the one to establish market values, even in a seller’s market, which is not the norm.

“A good agent will identify what the market is accepting and if the listed price is within those parameters the expectation of a sale or a purchase should be fair.

“There are many exceptional buys in today’s market and the buyers who overcome the natural fear of unknown financial tides will subsequently look back on this period as the right time to buy.”

Sullivan and Cunningham have developed a base of clients approaching 1,000 and routinely advise them of individual properties and general market conditions. They also specialize in land, groves and estates. Their current listings include a historic Fallbrook equestrian operation, multiple lot groves and development land the size of most towns.

The Goforth Team has offices at 1660 East Mission Road, where the “Avocado Capital of the World” sign stands. They can be reached at (760) 822-3070, (760) 822-3023 or (760) 728-7181 and online at http://www.goforthteam.com.
