FPUD manager speaks to Village Rotary

Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD) Manager Keith Lewinger [left] is welcomed to a recent Village Rotary meeting by Club President-elect Tom Meriwether. During the meeting, Lewinger spoke about issues facing his district and Fallbrook area residents stemming from the current drought. FPUD is also planning to add a filtration system at the Red Mountain Reservoir, mandated by legislation requiring further treatment of water following storage in an open reservoir.
