Half-price sale at Bottom Shelf

The Bottom Shelf bookstore will have a half-price sale Friday, September 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All merchandise will be half-off price marked (hard- and soft-cover fiction, including new releases and best-sellers, biographies, history, cookbooks, classics and collectibles, children’s books, health, arts and crafts, travel, magazines, CDs and tapes and much more).

The bookstore, located on the lower level of the library at 124 South Mission, is operated by Friends of the Fallbrook Library and volunteers are always needed. Information forms are available at the store.

Donations of materials that are clean and in good condition are welcome. Please note that sets of encyclopedias, Reader’s Digest books, collections of National Geographic magazines and records are no longer accepted.

The bookstore is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All proceeds benefit the new library building fund: “Buy a Book – Build a Library.” For more information, call (760) 728-3835.
