Running Club open to all

The Running and Walking Club meets every Saturday in the parking lot behind the Fallbrook library at 7:30 a.m. Light refreshments are available afterward.

The starting time and location for the Sunday workout is 6:45 a.m. at Sandia Creek Park. (Take De Luz/Pico Road from East Mission for about two miles. At the bottom of the hill turn right on Sandia Creek Road. Go about one mile to the Sandia Creek parking lot on the righthand side just before crossing Sandia Creek.)

Wednesday workouts continue at Los Jilgueros Preserve, just north of the high school on South Mission. The group meets at 6 p.m. in the parking lot. They hope to regain access to the High School track in the next month or so.

The Running and Walking Club welcomes new members of all ages and abilities. There are no membership dues. For more information, contact Hank at [email protected].
