REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program has recently re-opened for the fall season.
REINS is a unique nonprofit organization that provides therapy on horseback to children and adults with disabilities. The therapy offered at REINS is made possible by 20 specially chosen therapy horses and a team of dedicated volunteers.
REINS is always looking for new volunteers. Any enthusiastic people who want to work with great people and wonderful horses can call (760) 731-9168 or come by the facility at 4461 South Mission Road.
Training is provided to all volunteers, who must be 12 years or older.
