Craven's company now features three divisions

FALLBROOK — Local resident Josh Craven has taken his new company, Pythius Financial, Inc., to a new level. What was once a “one-man show” has now expanded into a much larger operation offering many services and options for homeowners, investors and business owners.

A Fallbrook High graduate, Craven was active in community organizations and sports and continued his education at Biola University, studying business economics and marketing.

“In the last year, while growing our loan business, I have found a particular interest in helping business owners find commercial financing to help grow their business, get through a tough time, buy commercial real estate, or just planning for the future,” Craven said. Craven prides himself on business plans and finding the strengths and weaknesses that exist in the plan in addition to finding finance options.

Craven started the business with partner Peter Miller last year. Since then, in addition to working from Fallbrook, they have opened an additional location in Carlsbad. Craven and Miller attribute the growth of their business in a complex market to a commitment to their clients’ welfare, which they believe distinguishes them from most companies.

Within Pythius are three divisions – Residential, Business Development (for both start-up and existing companies) and Investor Relations for those who wish to be hard money lenders. Craven is also well experienced in securing SBA loans for clients.

Pythius offers free public workshops to educate borrowers and business owners. The next workshop, which will offer free mortgage “check-ups,” will be held October 13.
