Potter Jr. High begins fundraising

The annual Potter Junior High School fundraiser kicks off Monday. Potter is selling magazine subscriptions and cookie dough to meet a goal of $55,000 to be used for school dances, eighth grade promotion activities, the talent show and lip synch, all Potter sports teams, Culture Week, assemblies, End of the Year Awards and student support throughout the year.

To support the kids, residents can find a Potter student and ask to order or renew magazine subscriptions. They can also order cookie dough. Orders can also be placed by contacting Leadership Advisor Claire Gingerich at [email protected].

Potter is also holding their PTA membership drive right now. Parents who join will be supporting the junior high because their membership dues go directly to their children for End of the Year activities, field trips and teachers’ supplies. To join, call 731-4150 and leave a message for Sharon Callahan.
