Senior trips offered to Palm Springs destinations

Palm Springs Follies

The Fallbrook Senior Center is offering a trip to the Palm Spring Follies on November 20, where participants will enjoy memorable songs from the popular musical “Tin Pan Alley.”

Prepare to tap your feet and sway to familiar melodies from show greats such as Cole Porter and Irving Berlin. Kaye Ballard, with her mix of broad comedy and sophisticated vocal style, will be the guest star.

The bus leaves the Senior Center at 8:30 a.m. and returns at approximately 5:30 p.m. Cost is $70. Many delightful choices will be available for lunch and the group will make a brief stop at Hadley’s when leaving the Palm Springs area.

Spa Resort Casino

A trip to the Spa Resort Casino in Palm Springs will be offered on December 3. Cost is $25 per person and includes round-trip transportation on a deluxe air-conditioned bus, five hours of gambling, all-you-can-eat buffet and $10 free play.

The bus will leave the center at 8 a.m., arrive in Palm Springs at 10 a.m. and leave the casino at 3 p.m., arriving back in Fallbrook between 5 and 5:30 p.m. Anyone over 21 can sign up for this trip.
