Award-winning artist coming to Fallbrook

FALLBROOK — Award-winning painter Elizabeth “Libby” Tolley will lecture from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 21, at the Art Campus at Fallbrook, 310 East Alvarado Street.

Tolley, who records the disappearing rural landscapes of California’s Central Coast, is a Juried Artist Member of the California Art Club and a signature member of Oil Painters of America and the National Watercolor Society.

In addition to the lecture, Tolley will hold a plein air oil workshop October 21-26.
