Women can learn about breast health, time management

FALLBROOK — The October Healthy Woman “Ladies Night Out” event will be hosted by the Village News on Thursday, October 25, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at their new location, 127 West Elder Street.

Attendees can learn how to improve their time management skills to better balance work and family and have time for themselves with the presentation “It’s My Life…It’s About Time” by Julie Reeder, publisher, Village and Valley News.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so this is also a great opportunity for women to hear a talk entitled “Breast Health: What You Need to Know” by Brenda Pfeiffer and Lauren McDaniel, mammographers, Fallbrook Hospital.

This event is free of charge and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun and door prizes. Seating is limited. Reserve a seat by calling (760) 731-8432 or visiting http://www.fallbrookhospital.com. Free membership sign-up is also available through the Web site.
