Joyce Thelma Libby

Joyce Thelma Libby, 77, went home on Thursday, October 11, 2007. Born July 22, 1930, in St. Louis, MO, she lived in Fallbrook for 32 years.

Her memory will live on through her loving family, special friendships and everyone she touched.

Joyce is survived by daughters and sons-in-law Yvonne and Gary Oltmanns, Jodene and William Smith and Monique and Phil Opstad; sister and brother-in-law Lois and Ivan Middlemiss; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery on Tuesday, October 23, at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Fallbrook Hospice, 624 E. Elder St., Fallbrook, CA, 92028.
