FALLBROOK — “The Gods come to Fallbrook,” scheduled for October 27-November 24 at the Pinnell Gallery, will feature new works by award-winning nationally known artist Richard Stergulz.

The works command attention with their dramatic lighting and subtle background details. These powerful interpretations bring to life the stories of Greek myth passed down through the ages.

Stergulz is known as one of the best figurative painters in Southern California.

Planned festivities for the show include Greek music, entertainment and refreshments. There is no admission fee and everyone is welcome. Anyone who attends in a toga will be entered to win a giclee print of his or her favorite piece.

The opening reception will be Saturday, October 27, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Pinnell Gallery, 124 North Main Avenue. For more information, call (760) 728-8870.
