Ease tense muscles, reduce stress and pain at Transcendent Touch

Transcendent Touch, located in Fallbrook, is owned and operated by prominent massage therapist Craig Lozzi, HHP, former owner and cofounder of the Fallbrook Wellness Spa.

The name of his new establishment, Transcendent Touch, says it all; being in the capable hands of Lozzi is “beyond the realm of experience.”

Lozzi is delighted to offer a half-hour complimentary massage to new clients so they may experience a transcendent touch.

This particular transcendent experience comes in many forms. First and foremost, Lozzi is a licensed holistic health practitioner (HHP) whose educational hours exceeded one thousand. His in-depth education far surpasses a massage technician and massage therapist.

“When you are a HHP, you are considered in the same class as a medical doctor, physical therapist, acupuncturist or chiropractor,” said Lozzi. His skilled flexibility in working closely with different medical teams is recognized, ensuring that his clients receive the ultimate care they deserve.

Lozzi has been a massage therapist for 30 years and completed his intensive three-year HHP training in 1982 at Washington State on Orcas Island.

The benefits associated with massage at Transcendent Touch are multidimensional. It abates physical pain due to injury and/or stress, eases tense muscles, relaxes the mind, increases wellbeing and improves blood circulation and immunity.

Lozzi is well-versed in many techniques and highly capable of finding the right technique for each and every client.

“I’ve been exposed to a lot of really awesome tools,” said Lozzi. As his ongoing education evolved, so did his expertise.

“I can do work that is very light, but actually, [clients] will have a sensation of electromagnetic energy pulsing through their body,” he explained. He can also provide clients with massage that involves relaxation, deep tissue, rehabilitation, reflexology, polarity and aromatherapy.

Lozzi’s hot stone massage is particularly exceptional, because he is the developer of the ‘Integrated Stone Massage’ technique. Lozzi has taught hot stone massage in massage schools and says that, because heat expands the blood vessels, blood will naturally move toward the location of the stone.

“When that happens, it brings oxygen and nutrients to the tissues,” Lozzi explained. “And heat also relaxes muscles.” Stones have both physical and energy-related qualities, he says.

Although there are many explanations as to why massage is beneficial for people, stress reduction and relaxation remain prevalent. It is well-acknowledged that massage can help the body and mind slow down, giving them time to recover from life’s stresses.

“The thing that keeps on happening in our world is that things are speeding up; we are getting bombarded by all kinds of stimuli,” said Lozzi.

Lozzi wants his clients to leave his massage room satisfied that their physical needs were addressed, and more. “I want them to feel good, more alive, and ready to be more engaged in their life,” he enthused.

Throughout his career, Lozzi has helped many, and the positive testimonials he has received are bountiful, including those from other professionals in the wellness focus. “Craig Lozzi is the best; he is a true healer,” confirmed Judi Way, fitness specialist.

When Lozzi performs massages, he says a gift is given back to him because he finds it educates him on how to become a better person and practitioner.

“It’s very gratifying,” he noted.

Craig Lozzi’s office is located at 407 Potter Street, Suite D, and he can be reached at (760) 533-3505.
