Fire evacuees directed to shelters in Temecula area

Evacuees fleeing fires in Riverside and northern San Diego counties are being directed to Red Cross shelters in the Temecula area. As of 3 p.m. today (10/23), evacuees should go to Temecula Valley High School at 31555 Rancho Vista Road (the cross street is Margarita).

Previously, evacuees had been sent to the Temecula Community Center, which was opened to serve residents displaced by the Roca Fire in Aguanga.
