shelters. Currently asking for donations of diapers, non perishable

Pala, Rincon, La Jolla Indian Reservations are being evacuated to
Temecula, many residents have been evacuated many times in the last 2
days. Others are fleeing with only the clothes on their backs.
Sparkletts water has donated truckload of water to the shelters
Private citzens are donating non perishables, gatorade, water,
juice-Temecula city workers are assisting the shelters.
Great Oak is currently being monitored by local law enforcement, if
evacuations are required parents will be notified by phone, students
walking will be bussed out to safe location.
Fire has shifted and making way back toward Pala/Great Oak expecting
many more evacuees.
Over 100 animals are now being cared for by Animal Friends of the
Valley, Target supplying dog food.
Starbucks, Olive Garden and Costco donating food items.
Many residents complaining about the lack of TV information and
uncertainty of where to go. Some couldn't find location in Temecula.
According to residents, Rincon, Pauma and Pala fires not even
mentioned.
