Valley Oaks residents in need

The Rice Fire has left 359 residents of the Valley Oaks Mobile Home Park homeless. For those who would like to help, a Valley Oaks Fire Fund has been set up at Wells Fargo Bank by local businesses.

The displaced residents also need temporary housing; people who would like to offer extra rooms in their homes are asked to call (760) 728-2218 or (760) 522-0775.
