Leovarda Diaz

Leovarda Diaz, 81, died November 2, 2007, in San Diego. Born October 13, 1926, in Elocotito, Guerrrero, Mexico, she was a resident of the Bonsall area for more than 50 years. She was a homemaker.

Her husband of 56 years, Gonzalo Diaz, preceded her in death in 2006. She is survived by son Eleazar (Cornelia) Diaz, Bonsall; daughters Maria (Agripino) Corona and Mary Elizabeth Diaz, Bonsall; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 9. Vigil service will follow at 6 p.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Fallbrook.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 10, at St. Peter’s. Burial will follow at Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery.
