FUHSD Employees of Month honored

Kevin Kent and Martha Jara were introduced by Fallbrook Union High School District (FUHSD) Superintendent and Rotarian Tom Anthony, and honored by the Rotary Club of Fallbrook as Employees of the Month, at a recent club meeting.

Both received certificates from President David Kauffman as part of the club’s ongoing effort to recognize superior performance and achievement of district employees.

Jara, attendance secretary at the high school, was a 1987 Fallbrook High graduate who started working for the district in 1989.

Kent, assistant principal at the high school, has spent more than 20 years as football and basketball coach at schools in Missouri, Nevada and California prior to coming to Fallbrook four years ago as an administrator. He also spent two years as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
