Elynore Ann Snell Rogers

Elynore Ann Snell Rogers, 91, passed away in Ramona, CA, at the home of her daughter with family around her November 23, 2007. She was born September 6, 1918, in St. Anthony, ID.

Elynore was married to Harold F. Rogers for 69 years. Married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, they moved to Phoenix, then to Southern California. The San Fernando Valley – Van Nuys, to be exact – is where Elynore and Hal raised their three children.

After Harold retired from Lockheed Aircraft, they moved to Fallbrook, CA. After many years in Fallbrook, they moved to Oceanside. Just this October, they moved into their youngest daughter’s home in Ramona with her family.

Elynore is survived by her husband Harold; son Robert and his children Peggy, Dennis, Penny, Linda and David; daughter Joanie and her children Chet, Shelene and Shawn; daughter Cheryl and her children Kail, Halden, Bryce, Callie; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Elynore was an organist for the LDS Church for more than 40 years. Also a Temple worker, she served a mission with her husband in Arkansas.

Funeral services will be Friday, November 30, at the LDS Chapel located on Stage Coach Lane at 10:30 a.m.
