Jean Carrere

Jean Carrere, 92, passed away on November 20, 2007. Born April 24, 1915, in Chillicothe, OH, she was a longtime resident of Fallbrook, where she lived with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Raoul Carrere and is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Annelle and David Wilterding; grandsons Jay Wilterding, Fallbrook, and Matthew Wilterding, Squaw Valley, CA; and her beloved companion, Dalmatian “Melody.”

Mrs. Carrere was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and her family is planning a private celebration of her life. She will be buried at Fort Rosecrans.

The family would especially like to thank Fallbrook Hospice for their unselfish love and care. In lieu of flowers, they suggest donations be sent to the hospice.
