Guajome Adobe Ranch schoolroom dedicated

Members of the Questers Live Oak Chapter of Fallbrook were honored at a luncheon by the management and docents of Guajome Adobe Ranch in Vista on October 2 for contributing furnishings for the ranch house schoolroom.

Completion of the schoolroom included restoration of the fireplace, authentic furniture, map, accessories, freestanding chalkboard and a dunce stool, which made for a charming and genuine representation on the original schoolroom, circa 1876-1886.

The completed schoolroom is now included in tours of the historic Guajome Adobe ranch house.
