Thank you, firefighters

On behalf of the residents of the Pala Mesa Condos, I would like to thank the firefighters who contained the fires threatening our homes in the Rice Canyon Fire.

The condos on the east perimeter would surely have gone up in smoke if the fire retardant drop had not been made. They had to be there on foot also, as hoses on patios were utilized to put out flames close to our homes.

We salute our firefighters and thank them for a job well done. God bless each and every one of you, regardless of where you were fighting fires.
