Ag water cutback workshop

The Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) is hosting a comprehensive agricultural water workshop on Friday, December 14, at Pala Mesa Resort, 2001 Old Highway 395, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The workshop will include several keynote speakers to discuss a variety of topics related to irrigation management and horticultural practices to help agricultural customers cope with the upcoming Interim Agricultural Water Program (IAWP) cuts.

Also on hand will be district staff who can answer questions on implementation of the IAWP plan. Agriculture customers in the Rainbow district are encouraged to attend this important workshop.
