Gary Raymond Schultheis

Fallbrook resident Gary Raymond Schultheis, 52, passed away on November 23, 2007.

Born February 15, 1955, in Albert Lea, MN, Gary resided in Fallbrook for approximately 20 years. He is survived by his parents Dean and Elsie Schultheis of Sioux Falls, SD, and his companion dog, Blondie.

Our friend and brother has accepted a bid as a contractor in Heaven, but knowing Gary he’ll stop along the way for a few rounds of golf, which he loved to play, and say hello to his many friends.

As he did in life, perched high above the canyon, he’ll keep an eye on us. The comfort of having a friend may be taken away, but not that of having one… We, who have lost a friend, have more cause for joy that we once had him than of grief that he is taken away. He will be missed by all, because Gary was a kindred soul who always had a kind word and put friends and family first.

Just mention his name around anyone who knew him and you’ll hear, “I Remember When…” and the memories he left us will bring back our friend.

A memorial service will be held on December 7 at 1 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 2800 East 57th Street, Sioux Falls.
