Edward Jones hosting year-end tax course

Kent Borsch, an Edward Jones financial advisor in Bonsall, will host a 2007 year-end tax update broadcast for CPAs, tax professionals and attorneys at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, at 5256 South Mission Rd, Suite 807.

The course is designed to update tax practitioners on the latest legislative, judicial and regulatory developments impacting income taxation as tax season approaches so that they are prepared to implement and discuss with their clients new developments impacting income tax liability.

Topics covered during this panel discussion include:

• New tax legislation in 2007

• New IRS regulations and pronouncements as they impact business and their owners

• Case law developments impacting individuals and business owners

• Planning ideas based on the new legislation, regulations and development

This course is approved for five credit hours of continuing professional education for CPAs and tax professionals. State accreditation varies for attorneys. Reservations are required.
