Need carpets, upholstery, grout or windows cleaned? - Bishop Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning takes good care of clients

Bishop Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning offers clients top-notch professional service underscored by remarkable customer care and satisfaction.

This family-owned business has been in operation for eight years and continues to grow with positive “word of mouth” advertising. In fact, the majority of their new clients come from referrals.

Husband and wife team Joe and Tammy Bishop, longtime residents of Fallbrook, decided they wanted to provide a special service business to the community.

“Joe was born in Fallbrook and I was raised in Fallbrook when I was a child,” said Tammy. “We wanted a business where we could work in town and give back to our community.”

Joe added that when he knew he wanted to work in Fallbrook, he couldn’t offer anything less than premier products and service. “We need to do a quality job and take care of our clients the best that we can,” he said.

Joe and Tammy offer a collection of professional services including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, carpet repair, Teflon protection, pet odor removal, tile and grout cleaning and window cleaning.

“Our products are environmentally safe; there is no soapy residue left in the carpet,” explained Tammy.

Joe added the fact that he strives to use products that are environmentally safe, choosing items with no-foam and no-residue elements. “That is a must in my book,” he said.

Some sources recommend that carpets be cleaned every six months, especially if kids and pets are tramping about on it. The same goes for commercial businesses.

Bishop’s carpet cleaning service begins by moving furniture (except for large pieces) and vacuuming, using a pre-spray to disengage dirt and stains.

“We use a clear, hot water extraction,” said Tammy.

Following this, a dynamic suction unit is used, which collects debris, allergens and cleaning solution. For allergy-sensitive people, this business can assist in removing dust mites from carpeting and upholstery, making allergy season a bit more endurable.

Bishop’s is also very flexible in regards to each individual job, Joe said. If a client wants “the works,” carpet, upholstery, tile and grout and windows can be grouped for a cleaning. However, if a client prefers staggering these services, this can be done as well.

“We do whatever is best for the client; we can meet any of their needs,” he noted.

If someone is in search of help for cleaning during the holidays or the popular spring cleaning season, Bishop’s might just be the right solution for them.

“Cleaning carpets in homes usually takes two to three hours,” said Joe. “I dry as I clean because I’m using air movers.”

Joe has acquired certifications in this industry and has taken courses in order to keep up to date with new technology and procedures.

Bishop Carpet and Upholstery has a small but powerful group of professional and highly trained employees.

What Joe and Tammy like most about their intimate business is the opportunity to meet great clientele and make friends. “Our clients are so loyal to us,” said Tammy. And in turn, Joe and Tammy are loyal to their customers.
