Potter chorus offers winter music

The Potter Junior High Chorus will perform at 6:30 p.m. on December 18 in Bowers Auditorium. It will feature the bands and choir performing a variety of winter-themed music.

Although there is no cost for admission, parents, teachers and students are encouraged to purchase a homemade dessert, which will be donated by the choir parents, for only $1.

The Potter Junior High Winter Dance, “Winter in Paris,” will be December 14 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The cost is $5 and students will need a student ID with their ticket for admission.

Congratulations to the winners of the Potter Junior High Talent Show! In first place was Ashley Ross performing a hip-hop dance. Second place was awarded to Jessica Leon, Christian Landeros and Iliana Arias for their Ballet Folklorico dance. Alex Albanna and Jens Leuchen took third place as a guitar duo performing an original piece.

Potter leadership would like to thank J.J.’s Board Shop and Cold Stone Creamery in Fallbrook and Active Surf, Skate, Snow in Escondido for their sponsorship.
