Candidate forum Jan. 3

The Fallbrook Democratic Club invites the public to join them for an open candidate forum at their January 3 meeting.

With the crucial California Primary election on February 5, this open discussion will offer local voters an opportunity to share their opinions of the Democratic candidates for President and debate their positions on the many issues facing the American voter, including healthcare, education, veterans’ rights, the economy, the war in Iraq and American foreign policy.

The January 22 deadline to register (or re-register, if you have moved) is fast approaching. The meeting, including election of new officers for 2008, will be held at 7 p.m. in the Fallbrook Public Utilities District board room, 990 East Mission Road.
