Catlin spends semester at American University

WASHINGTON, DC — Carrie Catlin, a resident of Fallbrook and a student at Baylor University, spent the fall semester of the 2007-2008 academic year studying in Washington, DC, as a part of American University’s Washington Semester Program in Journalism.

The program provides students with a realistic picture of news reporting and an introduction to the principles, ethics and issues of American journalism and includes an internship in the field.
