Murder Mystery Dinner Theater was a delight

We recently had the pure pleasure of attending the Murder Mystery Dinner Theater in your lovely town. Being from a larger city, we felt the need to write to tell you what a jewel you have…right there in Fallbrook.

The performance of “Audition for Murder” was at a local deli (Dominick’s) which was a surprise in itself. But after settling into the cozy room with 50 or so other patrons, we were treated to a few hours of laughter and fun. My husband and I enjoy going out and often find it difficult to find something other than a movie and dinner.

What we found in Fallbrook was a cast of characters played by local residents who seemed to be enjoying the show as much as we were. They were funny and did their best to help us enjoy the mad-cap show, even staying in character as we were seated before the show. The room was filled with warm and friendly people. Certain audience members were picked to audition for small parts, which added to the hilarity.

It was so nice to laugh and cut up for an evening. A lasagna dinner prepared by one of the actors was served as we watched the show. Apparently Dominick is a local legend for both his acting and his deli! It was announced that this show will be performed the first Saturday of each month.

Please treat yourself to this wonderful experience. I know we will make a date to attend the next murder mystery when they change shows. Until then, I am telling all of my friends what is happening in your small and friendly town. You are lucky to live there.
