Wedding bells ring for AAUW members

On December 22, members of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) happily joined in the wedding celebration of two active supporters of the organization – Jackie Sichi and Kris Krzmarzick.

Jackie’s husband, Gordon, passed away about two years ago and Kris’ wife, Barbara, passed away over a year ago. Both couples were very involved in AAUW events.

Jackie and Kris were married at the St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Oceanside. Jackie is the mother of seven and grandmother of seventeen. Kris is the father of four and grandfather of seven.

The couple celebrated the occasion of their marriage with their offspring, relatives and friends with a wedding mass, followed by a reception at Pala Mesa Resort.
