Monthly Healthy Woman event to focus on exercise

FALLBROOK — Ladies can start the year off right by attending the January 31 Healthy Woman “Ladies Night Out” event hosted by Club Paradise Fitness Express and Aerobics at 706 South Main Avenue.

Attendees will learn how to establish a personal exercise routine that fits their lifestyle and how to zero in on and firm up trouble spots.

Dr. Frank Winton, MD, Graybill Medical Group and member of Fallbrook Hospital Medical Staff, will present “The Exercise Prescription,” followed by Dr. William Coburn, DC, Club Paradise Fitness, with “Staying Young by Staying Fit: Don’t Let Your Tushie Go South.”

The event will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m., is free of charge and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun and door prizes. Seating is limited.
