Make a fitness commitment at Community Center

Fallbrook’s longest-running fitness class, Get Fit, four more specialty fitness classes and dedicated instructors are ready to help residents meet their fitness commitment at Fallbrook Community Center.

Get Fit Danceaerobics is taught by Judi Way on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

Way also instructs Hatha Yoga on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. while Lola Wheeler instructs Pilates on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

If evening classes don’t work with people’s schedules, Cheryl Lindberg conducts Beginning Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. She also offers another cla...
