Fire victim says thank you

I would like to thank the Legacy Endowment Foundation for the generous gift that they presented to me. This was not at all expected, and I was overwhelmed with the kindness and compassion that Tina and the staff had shown me from the first day they called me, and the day I met them for my interview.

The tragedy of the Rice Fire has brought the small town of Fallbrook together as “one big family” that has helped so many families (including myself) and I think it’s been such a blessing to live in this little country town.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt “thank you” for the little ray-of-sunshine that the Legacy Endowment Foundation has given me through this difficult time. May God bless.
