Rebuilding seminar Feb. 12 in Fallbrook

SAN DIEGO — Hallmark Communities, a builder with more than 20 years of experience, will hold a seminar, “Rebuilding – What You Need to Know,” on Tuesday, February 12, in order to share their expertise with area residents looking for optimal rebuild solutions after the 2007 fires.

The company, which built homes for more than 50 families following the 2003 Cedar Fire, will hold the 90-minute seminar at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane, beginning at 6 p.m.
