Special awards presented to law enforcement, fire personnel

North County Fire Captain Brandon Lucore (left) was presented with the 2007 Fireman of the Year award by Chief Bill Metcalf at a special event held by Rotary Club of Fallbrook, Bonsall Rotary, Fallbrook Village Rotary, Kiwanis Club of Fallbrook and Soroptimist International at the Grand Tradition.
