A cause of vehicle fires

How often do drivers check under the hood of their vehicles for potential fire hazards? They might be surprised to see gasoline dripping from a loose connection.

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection is concerned about the number of vehicles that burn each year. They estimate that more than half are caused by fuel leaks.

It only takes a few seconds for a driver to look at the fuel lines the next time he or she fills the car up with gas. Be fire safe, not sorry!
