Grady H. Andrues

Grady H. Andrues, 98, passed away February 19, 2008, in Fallbrook, CA. Born October 14, 1909, in Margaret, TX, he was a six-year resident of Fallbrook.

Mr. Andrues served in the US Army during WWII as a medic in the European Theatre and was awarded the Bronze Star. He retired as a supervisor for Blue Diamond Rock & Sand after 40 years with the company.

He enjoyed woodworking, making wooden bowls, recovering old books and playing golf.

Mr. Andrues was preceded in death by his wife Ila Andrues in 1973. He is survived by son Richard Andrues, Lusan, AZ; daughter Linda Ware, Fallbrook; sister Jean Ream, Simi Valley; grandsons Todd Ware, Vista, CA, and Paul Ware, Fallbrook; and granddaughters Julie Tyler, La Verne, CA, Kristy Andrues, Carmel Valley, CA, and Beth Dollick, Encinitas, CA.

A graveside service was held on February 22 at Oakdale Memorial Park, Glendora, CA.
