Community invited to provide input on superintendent search

FALLBROOK- The Governing Board of the Fallbrook Union High School District has selected Dr. Jack Gyves of the California School Boards Association Executive Search Services as its adviser to assist the board in its search for a new superintendent. One of the first tasks in the search and selection process is to determine the specific traits, skills, abilities and experience desired in the new superintendent. The board feels it is important to obtain input from others. They would like to invite members of the staff and community to meet with Dr. Gyves on Saturday, March 8 to offer what they consider to be the criteria desired in the new superintendent.

Individual appointments will be available and a public forum (no appointment necessary) will be held be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Room 201 at Fallbrook Union High School, 2400 S. Stage Coach, Fallbrook. Appointments can be made by calling Marianne Young at (760) 723-6332, extension 6497, or by e-mailing [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
