FALLBROOK — Live Oak Elementary School held its annual spelling bee on February 13.

The fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders competed for the top three speller spots within their class. The top three advanced to the grade level bee.

Eighteen participants spelled grade-level-appropriate words like “paragraph,” “population” and “prophetic.”
