Car Club donates to USO Center

Michael McGuire of the Fallbrook Vintage Car Club (right) presents a check to Paul Kelly, director of the Neil Ash USO Airport Center, San Diego, in support of their organization.

The Fallbrook Vintage Car Club (FVCC) recently made a donation to the Airport USO Center, located at Lindbergh Field’s Terminal 2, which is the largest USO airport center in the world.

It offers a friendly place for Armed Forces members to wait for a flight, unwind and have a snack, check e-mail, watch television, get directions or transportation assistance to their duty station or other locations and get information on the area.

It is open 365 days a year from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m.

The Airport USO Center also offers a cyber canteen with Internet access, complimentary coffee and pastrie...
