Edward Jones ranked No. 8 by Business Week

For the second year in a row, the global financial services firm Edward Jones is the highest-ranking brokerage firm on Business Week magazine’s second annual ranking of “Customer Service Champs.”

Edward Jones ranked No. 8 among 25 national and international companies, according to the magazine’s March 3 edition.

“We’re honored to be recognized two years in a row for providing outstanding service to our clients,” said Jim Weddle, managing partner of Edward Jones. “What is even more gratifying is that this recognition is a direct reflection of how our clients view Edward Jones.
