Fahnestocks celebrate 70th wedding anniversary

Jessie and Fred Fahnestock were married on March 11, 1938, in Los Angeles. They recently celebrated their 70th anniversary with family and friends.

The Fahnestocks, active members of the Fallbrook United Methodist Church, have two children, Jim Fahnestock of Fallbrook and Fred Fahnestock, Jr. of Grand Junction, CO. They have seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The Fahnestocks credit their great relationship to enjoying one another in everything they do, including traveling. Fred is 94 and Jessie is 88.
